Regarding faulty goods our quality control department takes great pride in making sure everything is correct before we ship but in the rare case that something slips through, let us know.

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt and email us if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. So, we can evaluate the situation and make it right.

10 days to make a claim, any claims for misprinted, damaged, defective items must be submitted within 10 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 10 days after the estimated delivery date. Please note: if the product is used or worn, we will not be able to process this request.

• Do not mail items back, contact a member of our team first to determine if you might need to mail the item back for inspection.
• We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know the results. Please email if 15 days have passed and you didn’t hear back.
